We will host a Flames of War tourney at our Yearly MayDay event. The tournaments start at 10.00 precise. We're aiming for 3 rounds of 90 minutes each. (however it is possible that we will be playing 4 rounds. If the speed of play allows, that is)

Salut Jean-Marc, normalement il y a une cinquantaine de kilomètres jusqu'à Anvers donc en voiture ça doit faire une bonne demi-heure. Je vais vérifier où se situe exactement Merksem (je crois que c'est à une trentaine de km).

Normalement, tu n'es pas obligé d'avoir une armée peinte. Mais sache que dans les points du classement (si c'est un tournoi officiel), il y a 5 pts pour la peinture et l'historique de ta compagnie. Sauron nous en dira plus.

Personnellement, je viendrai avec une compagnie d'infanterie motorisée britannique. Cool

About the tournament:

I don't think it is necessary to have completely painted armies (mine is in the process of being painted as well) and historicallity isn't a major point for me either. Of course if you WANT to write a background for your force, you are more than welcome and fully painted forces will OF COURSE bask in glory and the drool of your opponents!

The main objective is Fun. So:
Points will be rewarded for gameplay (standard points (6-1 / 5-2 / 4-3) and sportsmanship.

We will play 3 rounds of 90 minutes each.
-First round starts at 11.00. Between 12.30 and 13.30 there will be time to lunch
-Second roud starts at 13.30
-Third and last round starts at 15:30

The scenario's: Free for All - Breakthrough - Hold The Line

One question about the tournament :

Is it exclusively Axis against Allies (best Axis Vs best Ally and so on) or the best one against the second even if it's Axis Vs Axis

I was thinking best against second best. Of course if it's possible I will pit axis against allied forces.
